Who didn’t want to build forts when they were a kid? Even if it was raining outside, you could build your own fort with pillows and blankets! One dad made his daughter her own fort for her seventh birthday and made her wish come true!
His daughter wanted a tree house for her birthday, but her dad realized there wasn’t a tree that was strong enough to actually make one, so he put his creative skills to good use and didn’t disappoint! He converted their playhouse into a fort, obviously without the tree part, but when you look at the pictures, you’ll see that his daughter still ended up winning.
Tree houses have always been pretty cool, but they don’t hold a candle to what this dad created. It even was complete with a massive tunnel! What more could a kid ask for? This goes to show that a little creativity goes a long way. Bet she went to school bragging to all the other kids about what he dad made for her!
The playset is wooden and it located right outside of the house, so hopefully they have good homeowner’s insurance in case of bad weather hitting them. This is the best of both worlds: a playset that has turned into a fort! Imagine all of the adventures this little girl can have with her friends playing in her new fort. She and all of her friends’ imaginations can run wild as they play their hearts out in this new and improved playset.
